Electrocardiograph paper
Electrocardiograph paper, commonly referred to as ECG paper, is a specialized type of medical paper used to record cardiac signals in electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) machines. This thermal paper features a regular grid pattern that enables physicians to accurately measure the timing and voltage of heart signals.
ECG paper is typically produced in roll or booklet (Z-fold) formats and is available in various sizes and layouts depending on the model of the ECG device. Its surface is thermally sensitive, meaning it requires no ink for printing.
